Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order.
Order processing
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For parcels, total time from order to delivery is typically 3–6 business days. For large items we’ll contact you by email or phone to arrange a delivery day before we send them.
What delivery includes
Parcels are delivered to your door. Two-person deliveries are brought inside to the room of your choice where access allows; pallet deliveries (such as garden buildings) are delivered kerbside. Installation, connection and assembly are not included unless the product page offers them as an option.
Order status & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number or your booked delivery details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
In rare cases — high order volumes, public holidays or adverse weather — deliveries may take longer than estimated. We will email you promptly if this affects your order.
Missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact contact@boitconcy.store. We will chase the carrier and either replace the order or refund you in full. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check large items in front of the driver where possible. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at contact@boitconcy.store with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We can amend an address within 12 hours of ordering. Items returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will need to be re-sent at additional cost.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
